Panelane is a product of Quantum AI WebApps Digital LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company based in Sheridan, Wyoming, USA, trading as Quantum AI WebApps. We are the controller for enquiries made to our team and the operation of this marketing website. Contact support@quantumaiwebapps.com about your information.

Browsing this website

Our pages are hosted by Vercel. Delivering and securing a request involves technical information such as an IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time. This can be processed in hosting and security logs. It is different from information you deliberately include in an enquiry.

We have not added advertising pixels, visitor analytics, embedded calendars or remotely loaded fonts to this website. Our page code does not set cookies or store your enquiries in browser storage. Hosting security measures may operate separately. See Vercel's privacy notice for its own processing.

Contacting us and booking a call

Email links open your email application; a message is sent only when you send it. We receive the contact details and content you include, and use them to respond, prepare a demonstration or discuss a proposal. We do not need customer lists, payment card information, passwords or production drawings to arrange an introductory call.

The booking link takes you to our agency's Reclaim booking page. That external service handles the details you enter there under its own privacy information and settings. We receive the booking information needed to arrange the call. Merely viewing this site does not load that calendar.

Why we use it

Where UK or EU data protection law applies, responding to a business enquiry and protecting this website are based on our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service. Where applicable, preparing an agreement you request is a step before entering a contract. A demo request is not an agreement to receive unrelated marketing.

Service providers and international processing

Hosting, email and scheduling providers process information needed to supply their services. Our agency is based in the United States and providers may process information internationally. How long information is kept

Retention depends on why a record exists: dealing with an active enquiry, providing an agreed service, maintaining security or meeting legal obligations. An enquiry does not automatically become a customer account. Contact us for the retention information that applies to your records or to request deletion. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a portable copy of your personal data, or object to processing. We may need to verify identity before disclosing records. Send requests to support@quantumaiwebapps.com. UK visitors can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office; EU visitors can contact their local supervisory authority.

Your business workspace is separate

This marketing site does not collect your workspace password or host your customers' orders. A merchant's shop, trade portal and staff workspace have their own notices and access arrangements. The merchant controls how its customer data is used; the relevant service agreement describes Panelane's role.
